I can relate to that quote. I'm the guy always driving for more, onwards and upwards as they say. Guess up until recently always expected a bit too much from myself - but am feeling recently more chilled out about "life" than I ever have. Every day brings something worthwhile learning

When I get into it - music brings me back to me. Keeps me grounded. I once wrote a song called "Paradule"... made it up actually, mixing up letters. Then years later was told of the original ancient (and hard to find) explanation and meaning of that word - Paradule. It means:

"A day without music - is a day lost."
