Very easy going guy who likes to treat people in the way I would like to be treated.

What you see is what you get. I've worked hard to get fit this year (2010) and have lost nearly three stone to try and align a healthy lifetsyle.

Honesty and integrity are traits that I always maintain and would expect that from others, sadly it's not reciprocated, guess we have experienced that from time to time!
